Biography

Tim McCullough is the lead physical therapist at Turnstone Center in Fort Wayne, IN. He treats clientele across the age spectrum, from children to the elderly. Tim has professional experience treating neurological and orthopedic conditions, both congenital and acquired, in skilled nursing and outpatient settings.

Tim has been practicing physical therapy for 5 years. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with his BS in Health Sciences (2015), as well as the University of Dayton with his Doctor of Physical Therapy (2018). Tim is also certified as an Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer, received in April 2023 from the Adaptive Training Academy.

Tim has a passion for sports and maintaining an active lifestyle. He has extensive experience training/coaching competitive swimming through a joint YMCA and USA Swimming program. Tim hopes to be able to use his skills in the future to work in Paralympic classification, community health and fitness, and academic education.
