Biography


Ted Sielski is the Community Education and Activities Coordinator for Linking Employment Abilities and Potential (LEAP), a Center for Independent Living in Cleveland, OH. He has provided presentations on disability issues to the Cleveland Museum of Art, Greater Cleveland Partnership, schools, and other local organizations. He is a trainer for the Positive Behavior Supports- Cuyahoga Revision program and recently became a member of the ADA Trainer Leadership Network. Ted also manages the organization’s adapted recreation program, Quantum LEAP, which provides people with disabilities opportunities to participate in various activities within the community. He has 20 years of experience working with people with disabilities, including as a Program Manager for a residential provider, Day Program Director, and 10 years with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Adult Day Services. He is the father of a 21-year-old son with Autism and ADHD.
