Pamela Thomas is an Information Technology Accessibility Analyst at Syracuse University (SU) in Syracuse, New York. She is a graduate of the Syracuse University School of Information Studies and previously served as an Instruction Coordinator and Web Librarian for the SU Libraries. She is actively involved in accessibility testing as part of the procurement process and is also responsible for providing training and support in accessible technology for faculty and staff.
