Questions for presenters:
1 |
I run a federal Social Security Ticket to Work program which helps people with disabilities find employment. I tried to get suitability for a person with a disability who I am trying to hire. His disability requires that he takes medical marijuana for pain. The medical marijuana has replaced many other narcotics. He has been denied suitability due to his marijuana use. How can he be denied suitability for federal employment when he takes marijuana prescribed by his Dr? |
