Understanding the Disability Equality Index (DEI) used by Corporations

Tuesday, October 8, 2019

Description

The Disability Equality Index (DEI) is a unique, joint initiative of Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). It's the most comprehensive benchmarking tool for disability inclusion, allowing the nation's leading corporations to self-report their disability policies and practices. Join us as our speaker discusses the most recent results of the DEI and talks about how corporations can be more inclusive. Participants will gain a better understanding of the purpose behind the Index and how it can be used by companies to drive their efforts to incorporate disability inclusion into their everyday operations. Following the presentation there will be time for participants to ask questions of the speaker.
